April 1st

So I'm not going to make any excuses about why I haven't blogged in so long, it's been an abnormally long time regardless of my busy life. BUT I have lots to write about so bear with me. Just so you know I started this post on January 20th sooo... There's that going for me.

In December I had lots of birthdays to attend to and I did some other fun things as well. One of them was playing airsoft. It is kind of like paintball but with small pellets so it doesn't really hurt. Or at least that's what they said before... The red spots on my body the next day proved that was a lie. But it was definitely worth it. Maybe next time I'll even try paintball!

I had no school in January so I was enjoying my time off and started looking for a job. There was also a project going on in Tallinn where AIESEC brought some volunteers from all around the world to teach different subjects in our high schools for a short period of time. One of the volunteers was a girl from Canada. Obviously, we became friends right away and it felt great to talk to someone about all Canadian things (mostly how much I miss Tim Hortons cookies and Taco Bell). At the end of the month I got an interview at a huge bank and after two rounds I finally got a job! I started in the beginning of February :)

I've also been to a bunch of basketball games since one of my friends plays for our university team. I'm really starting to enjoy watching this sport. When I thought basketball was intense then imagine my surprise when I went to see volleyball! It is so much worse! I couldn't even breathe properly. But then again I get really caught up in any type of sport I watch...

At the end of February it was my mom's birthday. I've been thinking about going to a family photo shoot for a while so I decided to give that as a present to my mom. Here are a few pictures :)

March was definitely the busiest month I've had so far. I was always either in school, work or involved in some AIESEC projects. I did get to go to an awesome event at the end of the month. It was called Nike Training Day and it was essentially a day of group cardio workouts facilitated by famous trainers. I'm still sore from it but I feel more energetic than before. I also experienced the best Zumba class ever.
